GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION Direct and coordinate activities concerned with the operation of Benton Utilities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate personnel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate effectively with management personnel to establish standards for materials, planning documents, production, and quality control, and develop associated contracts, budgets, and cost controls.
