WAPA is seeking a collaborative, strategic leader to lead WAPA's multi-faceted communications program in support of WAPA's mission. Communication activities include media relations, social media, website management, internal communications, video production, publications and graphics, as well as occasional event management. In addition to the qualities listed above, the successful candidate will also be an excellent communicator (written AND oral) and results driven. Experience in the electric utility industry is a bonus. Specific roles include but are not limited to: Leads a team of Federal employees and contractors to successfully deliver WAPA's multi-faceted communications program. Develops and implements strategic communications to advance WAPA's mission.
