New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) is a community-owned utility serving the vibrant and growing city of New Braunfels, Texas (est. pop. 100,000). For more than 75 years, NBU has provided safe, dependable, and sustainable utility services, including water, electricity, and wastewater, while fostering economic growth and environmental stewardship. NBU is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide overall leadership and direction, allocate resources effectively, and manage the financial health of the organization. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the CEO hires key executives, establishes long range strategies and policies, and encourages innovation while fostering a culture of creativity and adaptability to keep NBU competitive.
