The City of Coffeyville, Kansas, is seeking candidates interested in serving as Electric Services Director.  This position is responsible to plan, direct, manage and oversee the activities and operation of the Electric Services Department including electric generation, distribution and transmission.  Additionally, this person will provide highly responsible and complex administrative support to the City Manager while working with other City Departments, divisions and outside agencies. Essential functions for this role include: management of the City’s participation in the operation of the Bulk Electric System; contract review and compliance with GRDA, SPP, purchased power, natural gas purchase and gas transportation agreements, electric transmission; NERC Complia
