Perform skilled journey-level work in the construction, maintenance, and repair of primary and secondary overhead and underground electrical distribution and telecommunications lines. Journey-level Electrical Line Crew Worker requiring advancement from the Apprentice Electrical Lineworker program typically requiring at least four years of formal education and training or significant external experience. Incumbent is expected to work independently and perform all functions at a competent level.  Perform manual labor to construct and install distribution and telecommunication lines including climbing poles, structures and ladders, digging holes and trenches, laying conduit, framing and setting poles, and stringing and laying wire. Install and maintain transformers, capacitor, arres
