The Director of Agency & Government Relations directs and manages the Agency’s efforts to build and enhance Agency relationships with member utilities and external entities. The Director assists the Executive Director & CEO in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, products, and strategic initiatives to fulfill the Agency’s goals and objectives. In addition to developing and managing relationships with members, legislators, legislative leadership, regulators and governmental agency staff, the Director also oversees communications, demand-side management initiatives, administrative services, and non-operations center computer systems.
